The webbook isn't the most powerful of computers, it just has a via 1.6ghz single core processor and 512MB ram. Don't attempt to install windows anti-malware software, it isn't going to do anything useful and probably won't work. Wader is the connection manager that came with the webbook, however with the latest versions of Ubuntu the default Ubuntu network manager will handle the dongles. I would suggest waiting a few weeks until Ubuntu Karmic is released, I will do another article thern showing how to reinstall Ubuntu and get it working with the dongles.
