This is how to show me your screen so I can help you. Only do this if I have spoken to you personally and asked you to do this, otherwise the commands will do nothing. Post a comment, preferably on a relevant article if you want some help, and if you have a particularly interesting and unique situation I might want to see it myself.
You need to be connected to the network, wired, wireless or mobile broadband (unless the problem is with the mobile broadband obviously)
Open a terminal window, Applications-Accessories-Terminal
sudo apt-get install x11vnc
Put in your password and say yes to any questions.
x11vnc -connect support.webbookblog.com
Then I should be able to see and control your screen.
