Hi Alan,I think I need a bit more help to install this program..All I have are few icons and some .py extensions…Sorry to be a nuisance..I have tried different ways to install this program but got no luck..

sounds very cool, the quick answer is right click on it and choose extract here. This will create a folder on the desktop full of files, hunt about in that for one called README or perhaps index.html. I use GNUcash to run The Open Learning Centre accounts.

Sorry I forgot to say that display on win xp works fine but not on ubuntu..

Alan I think I have a problem with my display driver on my webbook..I messed about with it,formatted it,installed xp and ubuntu 8.10..So basically I have dual os on it but I’m pretty sure there’s a problem with the display driver..I would appreciate some help again from you..Thanks Alan

Hi Alan, I need your help with a program to diagnose my car..I have downloaded the file on my desktop and extracted it.I need your help to install it on 8.10..I would be greatly thankful..The program is called pyobd-0.9.tar.gz…Can you tell me how and what to write on a terminal..
Thanks for last time you help me..8.10 is like a plug and play to use the Tmobile usb mobile broadband..
Next question I needed to ask you is about ubuntu server edition which I think of deploying at a small accounting firm and also does ubuntu has any accounting package?Sorry to ask these questions as I know you are the quickest way for me to find some answers..Thanks for all..
