		<description>Am going to try the Guide for dummies sometime soon as i&#039;ve used the Dummies guide before (Ms Office and Networking, and SLR Photography) and found them not only great for beginners, but also good to recap/refresh your knowledge, especially when you think something should work but it doesn&#039;t and you cannot figure it out (often and issue with me and Networking).</description>

		<description>As an absolute novice, I found &#039;Using Ubuntu Linux&#039; (2007) and ‘Linux in easy steps’ (4th ed. Jan., 2008) quite helpful. Although the former is rather short on detail, it does include a very useful listing of web resources. I am now eagerly awaiting my copy of ‘How to do everything: Ubuntu’, just published in the USA.</description>
